Landowner Drone Flight Permission Form

We take our business very seriously, to ensure we provide the best, easiest and safest experience possible. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) states:

"Article 95 - The person in charge of a small unmanned surveillance aircraft must not fly the aircraft within 50 metres of any vessel, vehicle or structure which is not under the control of the person in charge of the aircraft."

This form allows us to fly within this 50-meter distance while allowing you to state any restrictions you may have. For your peace of mind, we have public liability insurance of £10 million.

The undersigned, with authority from and on behalf of all Property Owners, hereby grants permission to the Operator(s) and its agents for the purposes of aerial film, photography and data acquisition, with the use of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), within 50 metres of my property and any persons within the property, as well as direct overflying and indoor flying, if required.

HD Drone Photography and its clients can use the data collected for marketing purposes for paid and promotional projects, with unlimited usage.
